Intake Canal Slope Stabilization

The 3,100-foot fish flume shoreline along the intake canal experienced significant erosion and sloughing over its design life. Restoration and stabilization were to be implemented to extend the operability of the intake and adjacent structures.

Sequoia Services, LLC was selected construct the project which included rebuilding the shoreline to the original permitted conditions and installing shoreline protection measures against surface water runoff to include erosion matting, marine mattress and rip rap armoring.
